We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase when you receive it.  However, if for any reason you are unhappy you can return it to us, in perfect condition within 14 days of the date you received the item.  We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Orders can be cancelled at anytime before dispatch.

All returns must be accompanied by original invoice / receipt and a written explanation of why you are returning the goods.

Refunds will be given in the same form of payment you originally used to make the purchase within 14 days of us receiving your return.

We cannot take responsibility for damages incurred in transit such as broken records.  If you experience this please contact us and we will try and resolve the issue.

UK orders placed with payment fully received are packaged and sent within 24 hours.
All UK orders are sent 1st class Recorded Delivery and are traceable.  Recorded delivery requires a signature on receipt. You can use Track and Trace on the www.royalmail.com to confirm delivery of your 'Recorded Delivery' item, or contact us and we will be able to trace the item for you.

International orders take from 2-14 days to arrive depending on the country they are being shipped to. Due to customs and postal delays beyond our control please allow up to 28 days for delivery before contacting us for lost packages.
